As Head Coach, you are responsible for the technical direction and development of the national elite programme for women’s gymnastics. You safeguard the coherence, quality and execution of the programme and work closely with coaches and technical staff. You operate at the intersection of elite sport, development and collaboration: from shaping the programme to coaching at international competitions.
